Biography

Jinnrail, a band that brings together the sometimes -- but not always -- disparate musical traditions of Kentucky, New York, and Southern California, formed in New York City in 2003. At the band's genesis and core were drummer Marc Jordan and vocalist/composer Reade Tilley. The band soon made a move to the more welcoming climes of California, and was joined by Kentucky native Matt Wiley on guitar and bassist Lance Causey. With their lineup ready to roll, Jinnrail soon landed a deal with the Girlfight label, and recording commenced soon after. Their releases included a pair of EPs -- My City and Just 4 Friends -- as well as the full-lengths I'm Fine (2003) and Million Lifetimes (2008).
