Biography

Originally formed in Westchester, NY, in 1995, Dry Kill Logic (singer Cliff Rigano, guitarist Scott Thompson, bassist Dave Kowatch, and drummer Phil Arcuri) is comparable to such extreme metallic outfits as Pantera, Sepultura, and Fear Factory. Two years after their formation, Dry Kill Logic issued their first EP, Cause Moshing is Good Fun, on their own label, Psychodrama Records. In July of 1998, the quartet re-entered the studio to record its first full-length album, Elemental Evil, which lead to opening slots with such heavyweight acts as Coal Chamber, Incubus, Anthrax, System of a Down, and the Misfits. After taking 1999 off, Dry Kill Logic reconvened to work on their first release for the Roadrunner Records label, The Darker Side of Nonsense, issued in June of 2001.
