Biography

Mount Shasta were formed in 1993 by ex-Dirt vocalist and guitarist John Forbes, with bassist Jenny White, guitarist Al Johnson, and drummer Jason Benson. The oppressive indie hard-rock band released a single in 1993, and the Nodule EP later appeared on Skin Graft Records. After making their full-length debut with 1995's Who's the Hottie, Mount Shasta waited three years before issuing the follow-up, Watch Out.
