Biography

A Canadian electronic, techno, and dance songwriter, remixer, producer, and label founder, Nick Fiorucci was an established name in the Toronto scene before he was even 20 years old. Shortly after finishing school, Fiorucci co-founded (with DJ Michael Ova) the label Hi-Bias, which was to become one of the major players in the Canadian dance underground. Fiorucci was responsible for remix work of artists such as Britney Spears and Michelle Branch, and his debut album, 11:11, was a critical success. In 2008, Fiorucci scored a Juno Award nomination for his work.
