Biography

Ol' Skool is a new jack urban R&B group who released their first single, "Set You Free," in the fall of 1997. The group features Pookie (vocals), Tony Love (vocals, guitar), Curtis Jefferson (vocals, bass) and Bobby Crawford (vocals, drum programming, keyboards). Keith Sweat discovered and championed the group, executive producing their eponymous debut album, producing several tracks and making a guest appearance on the record. Ol' Skool's debut album was released in February 1998 and debuted at number 49 on the charts. R.S.V.P. followed in 2000.
