Biography

The Bluesbusters were a blues-rock quintet made up of guitarist/singer Paul Barrere (formerly of Little Feat), keyboardist T Lavitz (formerly of The Dixie Dregs), Freebo (longtime bass player with Bonnie Raitt), guitarist/singer Catfish Hodge, and drummer Larry Zack. A promising outfit, they folded as Barrere and Lavitz returned to reformed versions of their old groups.
