Biography

The indie rock five-piece the Gunga Din first performed together in 1998 and went on to mold their quirky New York supplements while combining a Farfisa organ and psychedelic drumming. The band, who is comprised of vocalist Siobhan Duffy, guitarist Bill Bronson, bassist Chris Pravdica, drummer Jim Sclavunos, and keyboardist Maria Zastrow, signed to Jetset and released their debut Introducing the Gunga Din in 1999. Glitterati was issued a year later.
