Biography

Cuban singer and songwriter Vicente Feliú started composing in 1964 while being a high school student at La Habana. During the following years, Feliú started getting close to what later was called Nueva Trova, a new style performed by talented musicians who used to write their own poetic lyrics. Vicente Feliú had the opportunity to work along with Frank Fernández, carrying out different cultural events and having the responsibility of taking care of Cuba's radio and TV music programming. After releasing Creeme in 1978, Feliú recorded No Se Quedarme in 1985 and Aurora in 1995.
