Achim Wollscheid is a video and sound artist from Germany. Rather than traditional concerts, Wollscheid often performs through art gallery installations. Before using his own name, Wollscheid used the alias Sbothi for his work he did with pre-recorded magnetic tapes. For his music under his own name, he takes sections of CDs by using DJ-intended CD players. Wollscheid's CD Shifts was released in November of 2000.
