All Music Guide:

Prolific output and remarkable creativity earned Andreas Tilliander enormous accolades from the international glitch-techno community during the early 2000s. The Swedish producer with a taste for hip-hop inflections first established himself at home in Stockholm. He next moved on to a number of small but influential European record labels, among them Klanggalerie and Komplott, and then some of the bigger and even more influential labels, namely Raster-Noton and Mille Plateaux. During this period he released his music under a number of monikers -- Mokira, Komp, Rechord, Lowfour, and more -- but found most success recording as himself for Mille Plateaux. His debut for the label, Ljud (2001), swept through the glitch-techno world, dazzling all in its path. Its anomalous style set Tilliander apart from his peers, and his constant output kept his name in the news. By the time Mille Plateaux followed Ljud a year later with Elit (2002), the producer had become a favorite among the glitch-techno scene just as Vladislav Delay and Kid 606 had been before him.

Wikipedia:

Berndt Andreas Tilliander (born 1977) is a Swedish producer who significantly contributed to the evolution of the 'clicks & cuts' genre with his first albums 'Cliphop' (Raster.Noton) and 'Ljud' (Mille Plateaux). He has recorded several albums under just as many names (Lowfour, Mokira, Rechord and more) and worked with some of Europe's influential electronic music labels. He has been awarded a Swedish Grammy music award in 2005, after two consecutive nominations.

A native of Hässleholm, Tilliander now resides in Stockholm, where he runs Repeatle Studios and apart from creating his own music, works as a mastering engineer for several record labels.
