Biography

Applied Communications is Max Wood, whose lo-fi, anti-rock antics consist of discordant vocals, found sounds, and a deconstruction of art. His first record, Africa Baby, Yeah Yeah Yeah, was released in March 2004 and features contributions by Chad Matheny of labelmate Emperor X. Uhhh Sort Of, dedicated to his mother, followed in June 2005.
