Juneau was a unique, New Jersey-based indie rock/jazz trio in the 1990s. Christian Hedlund, Marc Orleans, and John Widger formed the two guitar/one drummer instrumental band, occasionally adding analog synthesizer sounds into the mix. Brazenly improvisational, the band has shared stages with Hovercraft, Jessamine, Bardo Pond, and Jim O'Rourke during their career. In 2001, they released their self-titled debut on Ba Da Bing Records.
