Bell is the younger sister of Vanessa Bell Armstrong. A former commercial jingle singer, she is married to Keith Byars of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Margaret Mary Bell (later Ryan-Gibson, born January 26, 1917) is a Canadian athlete who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.
She was born in Vancouver.
In 1936 she finished ninth in the Olympic high jump event.
At the 1934 Empire Games she won the bronze medal in the high jump competition. Four years later she finished fourth in the high jump contest at the 1938 Empire Games.
