Biography

Indie rock band the GoStation was formed in New York City in 2003 by Doug Levy (lead vocals), Matt Friedlander (lead guitar, vocals), Nick Picozzi (bass), Erik Nyquist (guitar, vocals), and Justin Aaronson (drums, percussion). Their debut EP, Quiet Zone, was produced and engineered by Bill Raine (Rogue Wave, Mates of State, the Flaming Lips, Phantom Planet) and released by Edge Delay Records in 2005. Continuing to work with Raine, they spent more than a year crafting their first full-length CD, Passion Before Function, which was released on September 25, 2007.
