Rajae El Mouhandiz (Arabic: رجاء المهندس) also known as Rajae (Arabic: رجاء) (born 25 March 1979) is a Dutch, Moroccan/Algerian recording artist. She was born in Larache, Morocco to an Algerian mother and a Moroccan father, Habiba Cherkaoui and Ahmed El Mouhandiz. Her parents moved to Amsterdam, The Netherlands when she was a baby, where she grew up. Rajae released her first album "Incarnation" in 2006. In 2009 she released her second album "Hand of Fatima".
