All Music Guide:

Brought on together while under the inspiration of Leatherface, Snuff, Hüsker Dü, and Sugar, Servo serviced the U.K. with their own brand of female fronted, loose pop-punk. Consisting of singer/guitarist Carolyn, drummer Jamie, bassist Steve, and other guitarist Andy, Crackle Records immediately fell in love with the band after hearing their first six-song demo entitled Blueprint. The label re-released the demo on a 7" format in July of 1998 before putting out their first full-length, Everything's Difficult, in 1999.
