Tha Grimm Teachaz was an American underground hip hop trio. It consisted of Serengeti's alter ego KDz (Kenny Dennis aka Killa Deacon), PMDF (Prince Midnight Dark Force), and DJ Koufie.

Tha Grimm Teachaz are a fictional rap group invented by the performers. The group was said to have signed to Jive Records in the early 1990s. However, the trio got shelved shortly after an encounter with Shaquille O'Neal.
There's a Situation on the Homefront, an album recorded in 1993, was released in 2010. It features a guest appearance from Son Doobie of Funkdoobiest.
