Wikipedia:

The Brooklyn Braves is a three piece hip-hop group from New York City and New Jersey. Vocalists Sneed and Solo (formerly Solo.45) began their collaboration in 2003 and officially dubbed themselves The Braves in 2005. While looking for a resident DJ, some friends suggested Total Eclipse of the The X-Ecutioners as well as DJ Yamez. DJ Yamez joined them during the final recording of their debut album "Reporting Live". The album contains production from: Domingo, Kno (of CunninLynguists), Alias (Anticon), Sneed and guest vocals by Canibus. Although the record was set for release on August 28, 2007, The Braves left their label to start their own indie label, called Adapted. The record was released November 2007.
