All Music Guide:

Swedish garage rockers the Sewergrooves grew out of a home recording project that begun in the winter of 1995 by Stockholm-based singer/guitarist Kurt Dr├Ąckes and bassist Andreas Broman. When the tapes made their way to Hellacopters drummer Robert Eriksson, he offered to join the group. In 1997 they issued their first official release, a limited-edition 7" EP on the newly-formed Low Impact label. A pair of singles, "Could've Been Dead" and "Two Time Loser," preceded the release of the Sewergrooves' 1999 full-length debut, Songs from the Sewer, reissued in the U.S. on Estrus Records along with a singles compilation, Three Time Losers.
