David Greenwald is a Los Angeles-based journalist, critic and photographer whose work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, the Wall Street Journal, Entertainment Weekly, Billboard and Vulture, among others. (He’s also available for freelance assignments and bar mitzvahs.) He writes about music daily at Rawkblog.net, the MP3 blog he founded in 2005, and moderated a panel on “Blogging in the U.S.A.” at Manchester’s In the City Festival with Pitchfork’s Ryan Schreiber and Drowned in Sound’s Sean Adams in October 2010. When he grows up, he’d like to write a song nearly as good as Todd Rundgren’s “Hello It’s Me.” He lives in Culver City with his fiancée and their cat, Ella Fitzgerald.
