A pretty good book. I will disagree with Paul there about it being a first draft. Is it a bit meledramatic? ehh sure but they are young adults so everything tends to be melodramatic. (heh raised 2 kids sent them to college I seen it) The story is excellent, and in the end thats the most important thing. The readers do a good job being in character.

Next Gen Zombieland

First: this story is geared towards the teen-young adult group. Second: if you liked James Patterson's styling with the Maximum Ride series then you'll like this---if you're into zombie stuff. Third: multiple plot twists - good, bad and ugly. Bring on the Sequel!

Reads Like a First Draft

The premise of this book is great. Everything else about it is a colossal failure. Essentially, it's a political thriller set 25 years after a zombie outbreak. Sadly, the plot "twists" are obvious, and the dialog is garbage. Seriously, Marlon Brando and Orson Welles couldn't save this dialog. It's one melodramatic conversation after the next. The interstitial material is stiff exposition on the generic zombie world that the characters inhabit. Don't waste a download on this book. There is much better zombie fare available.
