Account Questions

Q: I don't remember my password.

A: In order to retrieve your password:

  1. Click on the Login tab at the top of any page.
  2. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your eMusic account and then click "submit." You will receive an e-mail explaining how to change your password shortly thereafter.

If you do not receive your forgot password e-mail, we recommend that you check your spam or bulk mail folder for an e-mail from emusic.com.

Q: How do I change my billing address?

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Change Billing Address page in Your Account. Complete the form and click Save Changes.

Q: How do I change or update my credit card?

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Credit Card page in Your Account. Complete the form and click the Save All Changes button.

Q: How do I change my email address?

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Change Email Address/Password page in Your Account. Complete the form and click the Save Changes link.

Q: How can I see a history of all of my eMusic charges?

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Payment History page in Your Account.

Q: How can I see my previous downloads?

A: Go to the Downloads page in Your Profile.

Q: Can I share my account with friends to let them download music?

A: No. Sharing your account with others is a violation of eMusic’s Terms of Use and will result in the immediate termination of your account.
