Q: I don't remember my password.
A: In order to retrieve your password:
- Click on the Login tab at the top of any page.
- Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link.
- Enter the email address associated with your eMusic account and then click "submit." You will receive an e-mail explaining how to change your password shortly thereafter.
If you do not receive your forgot password e-mail, we recommend that you check your spam or bulk mail folder for an e-mail from emusic.com.

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Change Billing Address page in Your Account. Complete the form and click Save Changes.

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Credit Card page in Your Account. Complete the form and click the Save All Changes button.

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Change Email Address/Password page in Your Account. Complete the form and click the Save Changes link.

A: No. Sharing your account with others is a violation of eMusic’s Terms of Use and will result in the immediate termination of your account.
