Q: What are Booster Packs?

A: Booster Packs enable eMusic members to purchase a specified number of music downloads or audiobook credits to be used in addition to the number of downloads or credits included with their monthly subscription. Many members will purchase a Booster Pack when they run out of downloads or credits in order to buy additional items before their next refresh date.

Q: Do Booster Pack downloads expire?

A: Booster Pack downloads expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Booster pack downloads purchased prior to March 2008 expire one year from the date of purchase. If you purchased a Booster Pack, you can view the number of Booster Pack downloads remaining and their expiration date at any time by going to the My Account page. If you end your subscription, you will lose any unused Booster Pack downloads.

Q: How many Booster Packs can I buy at one time?

A:You may purchase up to $ 75.00 in Booster Packs over a 30 day period.

Q: Where can I see all Booster Pack options?

A: To view all Booster Pack options, go to the My Account page and click on Plan Options. Music booster packs are available in increments of 10, 30 and 50 downloads. Audiobook booster packs are available in increments of 1 and 5 credits.

Q: Where can I see the number of Booster Pack downloads or credits remaining in my account?

A: To see remaining Booster Pack downloads or credits and their expiration date, login to your eMusic Home Page or go to the My Account page.

Q: What happens when I download a track and I have both Booster Pack tracks plus standard subscription tracks available in my account?

A: eMusic will automatically identify the downloads with the earliest expiration date and use those first. For example, if your booster pack downloads expire after your monthly subscription downloads, your monthly subscription downloads will be used first. If your booster pack downloads expire before your monthly subscription downloads, the booster pack downloads will be used first.
