Q: Can I change the nickname eMusic assigned me?
A: To give yourself a personalized nickname go to the Edit Profile page in Your Profile. Make sure to choose your nickname carefully since you can only change your nickname once.

A: A Friend is a person who you want to link to from your eMusic profile. You can find new music by exploring friends eMusic collections, reading their reviews and viewing their ratings.

A: Adding a new friend is easy. Simply click on the 'Add as friend' button on the person's profile page.

A: Unfortunately you cannot delete Friends at this time. We plan to add this feature in the future.

A: A Neighbor is a person with similar musical taste to yours. You can explore new music on eMusic by surfing through your Neighbor's download history, reading their reviews or checking out their album ratings.

A: People become your neighbors based on similar download activity. Your Neighbors will change periodically based on your and others recent download activity.

A: Neighbors are assigned to you based on your download history and cannot be deleted.

A: To add a rating, click on one of the five stars shown near the top of any album page. To add a review, click on the Write a Review link on any album page.
