A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Carte Blanche. We also accept debit cards issued by Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately we are unable to accept checks, money orders or purchase orders.

Q: How do I add eMusic downloads to my MP3 player?

A: First, make sure you have the eMusic Download Manager installed. The eMusic Download Manager makes downloading from eMusic a snap and will help organize your downloads. Check to make sure you have a folder labeled "My eMusic" on your computer's desktop. If you do, you're all set. If you don't you will need to download and install the eMusic Download Manager by double-clicking on the file you downloaded.

1. Click the Add button on the lower-left corner of the player.
2. Click ‘Add DIR’
3. Select the ‘My eMusic’ folder
4. Click ‘OK’ to import your new downloads
5. Click ‘OK’ to import your new downloads
