Q: How can I purchase a gift subscription?
A: You can purchase a gift subscription by filling out our gift subscription form. Choose the number of months you would like to give, provide the gift recipient's name, email address, a personal message and your billing information and you're all set. The recipient will get an email with all the information they need to sign in and begin downloading music immediately.

Q: Can eMusic gift subscriptions be purchased for non-eMusic subscribers?
A: Yes, gift subscriptions can be purchased for both existing eMusic subscribers and non-subscribers.

Q: What types of gift subscription options are available?
A: Gift subscriptions provide 30 downloads per month and are available in three, six and 12 month plans.

Q: How do I redeem my gift subscription?
A: You will need the gift code included in the gift subscription email to redeem your gift. To activate your gift subscription, go to our gift redemption page, enter the code and your contact information and you can begin downloading music immediately.

Q: What happens if the person I give a gift subscription to does not redeem it?
A: All gift subscriptions are valid for one year after purchase. If your gift subscription goes unredeemed for one year it will be made available for you to use.

Q: Can I check to see if a gift subscription I purchased for someone has been redeemed?
A: Yes. When you purchase a gift subscription for someone, we ask that you create an eMusic account with a username and password. You can use this information to log in to eMusic at anytime to check the status of your gift.
