Q: I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
A: In order to retrieve your password:
- Click on the Login tab at the top of any page.
- Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link below the “submit” button.

- Follow the instructions on how to re-set your password.
You should receive an email shortly (within 24 hours maximum) containing reset instructions. If you don’t see an email, be sure to check your Spam or Bulk Mail folder for an email addressed from emusic.com.

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Billing Address page in the Account page. Complete the form and click Save Changes.

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Payment preferences page in the Account page. Complete the form and click the Update Information button.

A: Log in to eMusic and go to the Email Address/Password page in the Account page. Complete the form and click the Save Changes link.
