1) I Have a question about a charge

 

eMusic is a subscription based membership in which all members authorize their payment method to be charged. In order to best assist you with any billing concerns, please call the number above or fill out the form below.

2) How can I put my account on hold?

 

Did you know you can take a break without losing your eMusic membership benefits? Instead of choosing “Request to Cancel,” You can choose Account Hold. This way you don’t loose your membership, your download history and you will not be charged for the time your account(s) is on hold.

3) How do I cancel my account?

 

To cancel your account, please click on: Cancel Account

Please note you will need to be logged in to your eMusic account. You will need to choose which subscription(s) you would like to cancel.

If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. Follow the instructions on the cancel page to complete the cancellation process.

If you don’t remember your log in information, go to the Login form for help.

Once you have successfully canceled your subscription(s), you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours confirming what you have canceled. Please check your spam/junk folders if you didn’t receive your confirmation email.

4) My membership did not refresh on time / My unused balance did not carryover

 

Billing periods are set on a 30-day cycle. This means your account will not refresh on the same day every month. Please also keep in mind that memberships refresh throughout the day rather than at a set time. Your membership will refresh prior to 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on your refresh date(s).

You can view your refresh date(s) under the snap shot of your account information here: Account. Please note you will need to be logged in to eMusic to be able to view these details.

Unused balances do not rollover, however if at the end of your billing cycle you’re left with too little money from your membership plan to buy even a single song, that “loose change” will carry over into the next month. Please keep in mind that this rule only applies to your normal monthly membership balance – booster, free trial, and other special credits will not carry over.

5) How to redeem a code/membership card/gift membership

 

To redeem your code, pre-paid membership card or gift membership, please follow these steps:

1. Please make sure that any virus protection or pop-up blocker software is either disabled or configured to allow access to and from emusic.com. Otherwise, you may experience difficulty in redeeming your card.
2. If your code begins with letter “E” go to URL gift redeem, else go here.
3. Enter your code.
4. Enter the correct e-mail information on the next page and then select “No or, Yes I am a member”.

Please note that once you activate your card on eMusic, your balance is good for a limited time period. Please be sure to refer to the literature and information that came with your code to know more about the expiration dates and the validity period of your code.
