A: Booster Packs are a perfect way to supplement your monthly membership plan. Don’t want to wait for your membership’s monthly balance to refresh to download a great new album? Purchase a Booster Pack and your problems are solved. All Booster Packs are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Take a look at your options here.
Q: Do Booster Pack downloads expire?
A: All Booster Packs are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After you purchase a Booster Pack, you can see your remaining balance and the expiration date from Your Account.
Q: Where can I see all Booster Pack options?
A: To view all Booster Pack options, go to Your Account and view Plan Options under the Change Plan heading. Music Booster Packs are available in varying increments and some include bonuses. Audiobook Booster Packs are available in increments of 1 and 5 credits.
Q: Where can I check my remaining Booster Pack balance?
A: Your Account will show all your available balances.
Q: What happens when I download a track and I have both a sufficient Booster Pack balance and my standard membership balance?
A: We automatically identify the balance with the earliest expiration date and use those credits first. For example, if your Booster Pack balance expires after your monthly membership balance, your monthly membership balance will be used first. If your Booster Pack balance expires before your membership balance, the booster pack balance will be used first.
Q: Is there a limit to how many Booster Packs I can purchase?
The limit for Booster Pack purchases is: $150.00 within a 30 day period in the U.S. and Canada. £150 within a 30 day period in the U.K., and €240 within a 30 day period in Europe.
