Q: How do I redeem an eMusic prepaid membership card?
A: To redeem your prepaid membership card, go to the web site address printed on the back of the card. Follow the instructions and in a couple of minutes – you’re ready to begin downloading.
Q: How do I check my remaining balance from a gift membership?
A: You can see your remaining balance and when your gift is set to expire from Your Account.
Q: Can I add the songs on my prepaid membership card to my existing eMusic account?
A: Songs on a prepaid membership card may not be added to your existing eMusic account. You must create a new account in order to redeem your card. Please note: we can register only one email address per account. You will need to use a different email address from the one associated with your eMusic account. If you do not have an alternate address, you can obtain a free one at Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail.
