If you don’t remember your password or you want to reset your password, please click here.
If you are unable to successfully change your password, please try the following:
Delete your cookies and double check to make sure that cookies are enabled for emusic.com.
If you are using firewall software such as McAfee or AVG, please make sure it is allowing cookies from emusic.com.
To clear your temporary Internet files and cookies, please follow the steps below for the browser type you are using:
Windows:
Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click ‘Tools’ then ‘Internet Options…’
- Click the ‘Delete’ button in the ‘Browsing History’ section on the ‘General’ tab.
- Click ‘Ok’.
- Make sure to close your browser to complete the change.
Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Firefox
- Click ‘Tools’ and select ‘Clear Recent History’
- A box will pop up where you’ll be able to choose what items you wish to clear, we suggest only having the ‘Cookies’ and ‘Cache’ boxes checked so you don’t lose any of your saved login data or your browsing history
- Click ‘Clear Now’
- Make sure to close your browser to complete the change.
Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome
- Click the’Customize and Control’ icon (It’s the crescent wrench icon on the right hand side)
- Select ‘Tools’ then ‘Clear browsing data’ from the pop-up menu
- Choose what you would like to clear from the light box that appears.
- Click the ‘Clear browsing data’ button
- Make sure to close your browser to complete the change.
Mac:
Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Firefox
- Click ‘Tools’ and select ‘Clear Recent History’
- Click ‘Ok’
- Make sure to close your browser to complete the change.
Safari:
- Open Safari.
- Click ‘Preferences’.
- Under the ‘Security’ tab, click ‘Show Cookies’.
- Click ‘Remove All’ then ‘Done’.
Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome and click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar
- Select ‘Tools’.
- Select ‘Clear browsing data’.
- In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click ‘Clear browsing data’.
