About Sonic Unyon Records
Formed by three members of Tristan Psionic over six years ago, Sonic Unyon has grown from a cassette-only label into one with over 60 releases to its credit. Now in 1999, it is Canadas largest independent label not associated with a multi-national; a full-fledged distribution company carrying independent releases for over a hundred independent labels; and a music retailer with the opening of a store in its home town of Hamilton, Ontario.
Artists including Erics Trip, Hayden, Treble Charger, SIANspheric and Tristan Psionic have all released records on Sonic Unyon over the years, while more recent acts like Thrush Hermit and Tricky Woo carry the Sonic Unyon torch now.
