I like Classical, Jazz, Progressive Rock, New Age, Electronic, and more. My Favorite Artists list gives an overview of my tastes in music. My Kind of Blue list has many compilations of the music from what is widely regarded as the best album in jazz.
"If you like the Progressive Rock group YES, then you should be able to find lots of music on emusic that you will enjoy. Just for starters, emusic has 13 out of the 14 past and present members of YES in either solo works or in other bands. Additionally, there are similar artists who have worked with various YES members or have a not too distant tie to YES. This much will be the focus of this list. Note that this is a list of artists, not albums. For more albums by the listed artists, follow the artist links.
To go beyond the artists listed here would be more speculative and would be little more than telling you what I like. But if you love YES as much as I do or like a lot of what you find in this list, you may find more music you like in these lists of mine: Favorite Artists, Singular Albums, and Tremendous Tributes."

"Guitarist Allan Holdsworth worked with YES drummer Bill Bruford in U.K. and in Bruford's eponymous group Bruford. This 1986 album is the first on which he uses a synthaxe, a synthesizer that can be played like a guitar.
"Art of Noise was founded by Trevor Horn, the lead singer on the YES album Drama. This excellent album, also produced by Horn, focuses on impressionist Claude Debussy and his music.
"This live album from the original members of Asia includes both Steve Howe and Geoff Downes of YES. It also includes a cover of the YES song Roundabout." less
"Atomic Rooster is a band Carl Palmer co-founded before he moved on to Emerson, Lake & Palmer. He has worked with YES members Steve Howe and Geoff Downes in Asia." less
"This band includes Tony Kaye, the original keyboardist from YES. Jon Anderson, lead singer of YES, produced this album, and Roger Dean, the surrealist artist best known for his YES covers, has done the cover.
"Rick Wakeman's most popular albums are not on emusic, but here is a new recording of one of them. The music is great, but some of the lyrics have been translated into Portuguese.
"Singer and multi-instrumentalist Billy Sherwood joined YES in the 90's. Originally brought on to replace Jon Anderson on vocals, he ended up playing guitars and keyboards on Open Your Eyes and The Ladder. He has produced some tribute albums that are on emusic and some YES albums.
"Along with YES, Emerson, Lake and Palmer is one of the all-time top progressive rock groups, and their fans tend to overlap. Carl Palmer and Greg Lake have both worked with YES members Steve Howe and Geoff Downes in Asia." less
"Erik Norlander recently replaced YES keyboardist Geoff Downes in Asia featuring John Payne. He plays vintage synthesizers, and his influences include YES and Rick Wakeman. This album is entirely instrumental and will appeal to fans of Tangerine Dream.
"This is John Wetton's first album with Family, the band he was in before joining King Crimson. He would later work with Bill Bruford in King Crimson, and with Steve Howe and Geoff Downes in Asia.
"After he left YES, Peter Banks formed a new band called Flash. He recruited Tony Kaye, the original keyboardist in YES, to play on the first album. This live album, which doesn't include Kaye, is a bootleg with poor sound quality.
"Geoff Downes, also listed as <A HREF="http://www.emusic.com/artist/Geoffrey-Downes-MP3-Download/11541004.html">Geoffrey</a>..."

"Geoff Downes, also listed as Geoffrey Downes, was the keyboardist on Drama. He was previously in the Buggles with Drama's singer Trevor Horn, the group whose "Video Killed the Radio Star" was the first video on MTV, and he later made a career as the keyboardist for Asia.
"GPS is a spin-off group of Asia, formed by the members left behind when the original members of Asia got together for their 25th anniversary reunion. The three members of GPS -- Guthrie Govan, John Payne, and Jay Schelling -- have all worked with YES keyboardist Geoff Downes. Schellen has also worked with YES members Billy Sherwood, Chris Squire, Peter Banks, and Tony Kaye.
"John Wetton has worked with YES drummer Bill Bruford in King Crimson and U.K. and with YES members Steve Howe and Geoff Downes in Asia. This live album includes songs from both Asia and U.K.
"Lana Lane is the wife of Erik Norlander, who recently replaced YES keyboardist Goeff Downes in Asia, featuring John Payne. He normally plays keyboards for her, and together they play progressive hard rock that sounds something like Rush meets Heart." less
"Oliver Wakeman, son of YES keyboardist Rick Wakeman, was recently chosen to replace his father in YES. This album with YES guitarist Steve Howe shows that he has what it takes to fill his father's shoes.
"Patrick Moraz was the keyboardist for YES on Relayer, and Bill Bruford is the original drummer for YES, but they were never in the band at the same time. Here they play jazz together.
"This was going to be the 20th anniversary Asia reunion, but the two members who had been in YES didn't participate. Still, some of their songs are on here, and we get great performences from John Wetton and Carl Palmer." less
"Renaissance has a similar appeal to 70's YES. Its lead singer, Annie Haslam, once performed a YES song with YES guitarist Steve Howe for a YES tribute album." less
"Rick Wakeman has been the main keyboard player in YES. Unlike Tony Kaye, the original keyboard player in YES, Wakeman made extensive use of synthesizers. He has come and gone more frequently than any other YES member, leading YES to work with many keyboardists, but he has remained the main one in the classic lineup and is currently a member of YES. This album includes the YES song Starship Trooper.
"Saga is a Canadian progressive rock group. Worlds Apart is a fast-paced, energetic, and very enjoyable album. Saga's guitarist Ian Crichton was one of several who played on Aura by Asia, which was led by YES keyboardist Geoff Downes at the time.
"Guitarist Steve Hackett has worked with Bill Bruford in Genesis, with Steve Howe in GTR, and most recently with Chris Squire on his Swiss Choir album. On this album, he is joined by John Wetton and Ian MacDonald, both veterans of King Crimson.
"Steve Howe was the first new member of YES to replace an original member, and he has become part of the band's classic lineup. YES has done most of its best music with Howe on board. He was with YES up through the Drama album, gone for the 80's with Asia and GTR, then back from the 90's onward.
"Terry Bozzio replaced YES drummer Bill Bruford in U.K. This album shows that he was a worthy replacement. His U.K. bandmates, John Wetton and Eddie Jobson, have also worked with members of YES. Jobson was briefly in YES but got kicked out before recording anything with them. Wetton has his own entry in this list.
"This is the band Chris Squire and Peter Banks were in before YES. This album is from a 2006 reunion that included Squire but not Banks. Its lineup includes YES drummer Alan White, who was not previously in the band.
"This is a contemporary classical composition by Genesis keyboardist Tony Banks. He briefly worked with YES drummer Bill Bruford when Bruford played drums for Genesis during their Seconds Out tour.
"Trevor Rabin was the guitarist for YES from the early 80's to the early 90's. His influence radically changed the sound of YES during that period and gave them the #1 hit "Owner of a Lonely Heart."
"Tu is the King Crimson rhythm section of Trey Gunn on Warr guitar and Pat Mastelotto on electronic drums. Both worked with YES drummer Bill Bruford on the King Crimson album Thrack." less
"Jon Anderson of YES sings on the first track, which also includes the theme music from Carl Sagan's Cosmos. Vangelis plays the synthesizer, and he collaborated with Anderson on a few albums in the early 1980's." less
"This tribute to the Pink Floyd album was produced by YES member Billy Sherwood, and it includes YES members on most tracks. Besides Sherwood, these are Alan White, Rick Wakeman, Steve Howe, Geoff Downes, Peter Banks, and Tony Kaye.
"White is a new band named for Alan White of YES. Alan White plays drums, and YES alumnus Geoff Downes plays keyboards. The other members are new to me. The cover is by Roger Dean.
"Here's an excellent live album from YES. It is typical of YES to sound even better live than on their studio albums, and this album is no exception. This album includes some songs from Magnification with Rick Wakeman, who was absent from that album, on keyboards." less
