Pirate Music by PhillJ
"A collection I put together for the kids when we went to Brixham Pirate Festival on 3rd May 2009. Not all of the downloads made it onto the final CD but most did, we ended up with a collection which is now regularly played on car journeys and at home."

""The Hit Crew" have 3 pirate themed albums on eMusic ("Drew's Famous Pirates", "Pirate Party Music" and "Pirate Princess") some of the tracks are repeated but other vary. The quality isn't bad for generic singers but others can be used as ideas to look for the original or alternative versions by other artists. Overall I'd say they're a good starting point when looking for music for a kids party or similar." less

"I included all of this on a compilation CD I made of "Pirate Music" for the kids when we went to Brixham Pirate festival and it stands out well, there are some great songs here, some clever jokes, catchy tunes, "cat o'nine tales" is about the ships cat, but our favourite is track 5 "Scurvy" (not survy as it's listed here) with it's hook line of "eat a lime"." less
