2009 Polaris Music Prize longlist by Spineless

"The Polaris Music Prize 2009 is "awarded to the best full-length Canadian album released between June 1 2008 and May 31 2009 as chosen by 181 music journalists, critics, broadcasters and bloggers. Jurors are instructed to vote solely on artistic merit, without regard to genre or record sales."
The shortlist is announced July 7 and the winner Sept 21 2009."
