Nothing new lately, but they do have a 25% off sale for those needing to top up but can't wait until the next 50% off sale.

Just noticed that the two Sarah McLachlan albums which dropped over there recently have apparently joined the stuff from the previous week from Peter Gabriel and Flaming Lips in the non-existent-and-shouldn't-have-been-here-in-the-1st-place-page-not-found area.

Along with the Vigilantes of Love, several from VOL frontman Bill Mallonee are still quite affordable, and one is listed as Bill Mallonee and Vigilantes of Love.

If you like that alt-country / Americana / jangly Byrds like thing, Mallonee is the ticket.

Hmm. This album just dropped, with a STARTING price of $9.99. If that's what it means when the majors come to Amie Street, they can stay the hell away.

Bruce Cockburn

[EDIT]Heres another one, from Dave Alvin and Shout Factory:

And some of the track prices on the Charles Munch album are $1.98...

The Acapulco Tropical album has weird pricing, most tracks are album only and three tracks are $.99.

Looks like they're all Sony related releases.

Geez, I hope Sony doesn't start flooding Amie Street with overpriced product and push out the indies. Haven't they pissed in enough people's drinks already?
