My Dozen

Snowden, a post-punk-ish quartet from Atlanta, were one of 2006's best discoveries. Their debut full-length, Anti-Anti, was released by the suddenly rejuvenated Jade Tree in August to rave reviews, and an extended tour brought them across the country and back again many times over. The album includes numerous exceptional songs, all of them taut and sensual, such as "Like Bullets," "Filler Is Wasted," "Black Eyes" and "Victim Card."

Snowden frontman Jordan Jeffares graciously took some time on the tour bus to check in with eMusic, writing us about some of his favorite records. Check out his picks below.
