  • 2000
  • Label: Buda Musique / Believe Digital
  • Pick

The massed violins sound positively orchestral at times, although the pyrotechnic playing quickly dispels any classical ideas. Brooding material like "Les Deux Oiseaux" works well in the thicker textures the band offers, but the musicianship is stunning on everything.
