Terrific to have a station that isn’t afraid of 20th Century music. I miss the old days when eMusic thought that a symphonic movement was equivalent to a “song” and we could stock up dirt cheap, but even since that loophole has closed it’s an awfully sweet way to shop for classical and jazz records.

Re: squark, yes it’s very depressing for such an otherwise “hip” operation. They really need someone on staff show understands contemporary music as a discipline.

Composers? Written notes? This isn’t the place for that kind of talk. Checked out Claire Chase’s Terrestre on eMusic — not a single composer listed — only Claire Chase gets credit! Who knows Saariaho or Cage; find their works on Terrestre? — People who designed & run this site don’t have a clue or care about composers or written notes, dismissing anyone who does.
