Girl Germs: songs sung and played by women!

In 1990 while a student at the University of Oregon, my partner in music crime for the last 20 years Allison Wolfe and I dreamed of having a radio show on the soon to be formed campus station (provisionally to be named KRMA, get it?) We planned on calling the show Girl Germs after a song we wrote of the same name and our similarly titled fanzine which was in the works. The hippies in charge couldn’t get it together and the station never got off the ground in that form but we did make our zine and recorded the song a few times. In this program you’ll hear girl groups from nearly every genre singing and playing their hearts out. Dig it!
