Mr. "Rocky Mountain High" himself, John Denver, will soon be the subject of a tribute album called The Music Is You. Due out in February of next year through ATO, it features such fitting selections as My Morning Jacket belting out "Leaving, on a Jet Plane," Old Crow Medicine Show tackling "Back Home Again" and Sharon Van Etten pairing up with old man Mascis for "Prisoners." No word on whether the Muppets will make a cameo appearance, although we hear Miss Piggy is still upset over not receiving enough royalties from A Christmas Together.
