To celebrate its fifth birthday (and the impending Mayan apocalypse) in a manner befitting its uniquely dark perspective, Sacred Bones temporarily moved its operations to a tiny, remote town in the Mojave Desert side of Joshua Tree national park, and hosted several hundred enthusiastic weirdos December 21 for a seven-band label mini-festival.
